Skyler
Pretty grey 12yrs, 14.2h, mare. Skyler is the dream of every young girl or boy who dreams of a pony of their own! She has been owned and loved for the past four years by a girl who has sadly outgrown her and purchased 'Mouse'. Skyler has been to many local shows and brought home MANY ribbons! Skyler is easy to ride, jumps, swims in the pond, trailrides, catches, ties and loads on the trailer easily! She has started Parelli training and is progressing quickly! Really cute sorrel/chestnut 18yrs, 15.1h, mare. Ladybug is awesome! I can't believe such a perfect horse has been out in the pasture having babies for so many years - she rides like a DREAM and somebody needs this horse! She came from my friend D. John Deas who had her to breed but since he has been so busy riding and showing, he never got around to it this year. Royally bred, by a full brother to Zippo Pine Bar, she is priced cheap as a broodmare - but she is completely sound and amazing to ride! More like an 8 year old (like many of us, she lost many years having babies), she is smooth as glass to trot and canter; goes beautifully english and western with both a jog and a trot and a lope and a canter! Jumps easily and when you ask her to stop, be ready, she stops quickly like a reining horse! Great family horse, lots of people of various abilities can ride her! She too, will stay and do lessons until the right person comes along, I just love her!

Adorable chestnut, Welsh/Tb, 13yrs, 13.1h, mare. Dot is a gorgeous cherry red with a white stockings and a big blaze with a dot right in the middle! She is a fancy pony! Great mover and jumper, you could get out there and win with Dot! She is a bit strong so her rider needs to be confident and energetic. Dot can ride as long as you want to - no more 'your horse is tired and needs a break' - go all day on her! She does not buck, she is just fast at first. Once your relationship is established, there is nothing this pony won't do for her rider! Since Natalie has been showing at the APHA shows, Dot has been lonely and wishes she could be as special for someone new as she was for Natalie before the paints took her away. Dauntless
Dark brown, aged, 17h, Hanoverian/TB, gelding. Everyone knows Dauntless, big, pretty, easy to ride, jump and show! He has gotten to the point in his life where he would like his 'own' person. I was given/loaned him by a dear friend in Virginia who raised him and still has his 'Baby Book'. She got married, had a baby of her own and no time for her horse. He has lived with me for four years and has been a wonderful addition to our farm. Perhaps being so good to ride made him more popular than he wanted to be; he got grouchy for some to catch and saddle, others he loves and is still perfect - go figure? I think if he had one person who leased him or a half-lease and fewer lessons he would be much happier. I am not authorized to sell him, I could get you in touch with his owner if you really wanted this option, but for now a lease would be great, long or short term. We could do a full lease at either farm, half in IL only.

Most lesson horses are available for half leases ($250/mo). You would be sharing them with their regular lessons, we can give you a schedule. You are invited to ride anytime your horse is not scheduled for a lesson! This is a great way to get in lots of extra riding time without the full commitment. Half-leases are available month-to-month or longer. Talk to Charlotte about your favorite horse!
These lovely horses are available for these prices because of the skyrocketing hay and grain prices. I am looking to sell them to raise money. If it were a regular year these horse would easily be double or triple these prices. Take advantage of my situation and pick up a nice horse CHEAP!
