Pat Parelli dedicated his life 25 years ago to educating the public about a more natural understandable way to work with the horse preserving his dignity while achieving extraordinary results! He has reached millions of adults and their horses all over the world, now he has set his sights further into the future onto our next generation of superstars - the Parelli Kids! In his quest to create the best program possible for teaching children Parelli Natural Horsemanship, he needed a leader who was not only a great horseman but also a great teacher of children - he asked Charlotte Cannon to be the 'Den Mother' of his creation! Enthusiastically she accepted and set forth to put into place the pieces for the first global natural horsemanship program especially designed for kids! Starting with basic demonstrations showcasing her own 'Parelli Kids'; to weekend Parelli Kids Clinics; to week long Parelli Kids Summer Camps and beyond ... we plan to add new imagination and FUN to your journey into natural horsemanship! Parelli Kids Program
Charlotte is developing a working program for everyone to reach their goals whether those goals are personal private achievement or public national or international competition! We offer several different options today for 'hungry' students:

* Varsity Team Our elite group of students. These are the students who are pushing nearly every day to progress and grow. They are also the group who performs most of our demonstrations. These students are offered extra help and time because of their dedication. Students must really prove themselves by excelling in all four Savvy's to earn their spot on our Varsity Team! * Junior Varsity Team Our up and coming students. These are students who are either younger, later starting or spread a bit thinner by many activities. We push to develop these students into our future Varsity. We encourage development in all aspects of their horsemanship both in and out of the saddle. Students may earn the opportunity to perform with the Varsity when we expect an absence. This group earns the title of Junior Varsity by working hard to learn and use all four Savvy's on a regular basis. We do our best to include the Junior Varsity in as many demonstrations as possible. * Open Clinics/Lessons/Playdays We are putting many 'open' days/times into our schedule to include new students and students who may not have the time to dedicate to a team. These days are structured for students who want to feel tremendous progress without tremendous pressure. We create a light, fun, entertaining and positive environment in which to learn. By using different areas and tools, you will be inspired and will see all the possibilities in your farm too. We work on all four Savvy's each session. Come join us as often as you can to see greater and greater results! We will teach all ages on these days - we will split for age and/or ability with enough participants! Keep checking here to find the most current information on 'what's next' in Parelli Kids! We are looking forward to a monthly club (similar to the Savvy Club) that for a small membership, will send you a dvd each month with Tips, Techniques, Inspiration, Interviews, Horse Care, etc. With this club we will be able to share new information to everyone, not just the students who live close enough to train with us regularly. We are investigating all sorts of possibilities for Parelli Kids - if you have a good idea, we would love to hear about it! We are working diligently to make this the best opportunity you have had or seen to improve your horsemanship no matter what your age!
